Our rental prices are based on those available through the commercial rental management companies and are generally referred to as the "retail rate".   We discount our rates from 25-35% off of these rates to get your business.  We use a rental management company to professionally clean the unit, provide linens / towels, handle any repairs and support your information needs like restaurant suggestions.

If you wish to stay at our IronHorse Resort Condo, the commercial winter rental rates vary from under $100 per night to about $240 per night depending on the dates and season.  If you book through the owner, you will receive the owners discount so the final rate will be lower.  All rates are plus 13 percent tax and fees.
